Lisa began her study of energy work in 1999 with Dr. Don Smith, a brilliant, naturopathic healer who practiced in Houston and Florence TX. Her focus included Brain Gym, Kinesiology, and bodywork. She studied Touch for Health, Health Kinesiology, massage at A New Beginning School of Massage in Austin TX. In 1999 Lisa was fortunate to meet master body worker, Eddie Engle RMT CFT, and began her training in deep tissue with him. Her practice came to include Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue Corrective Massage, and Hawaiian Temple Bodywork. Young Living Essential Oils, assistance in holistic lifestyle self-care, and personal training are included in her healing work.
